DD HD channel added on DD Free Dish :
Doordarshan started DD National HD (High Defination) channel in a bid to provide crystal clear picture quality and digital sound, the new channel is available on all leading DTH platforms including DD Freedish , to get this channel Rescan or Auto Scan your HD set top box, now viewers will be able to view the content of national importance in HD quality. Viewers will have to buy i-cas complaint HD set top boxes to view this channel, however you can watch DD HD channel on non i-cas set top boxes for time being, we will update you on our app as soon as new set top boxes are rolled out.
